We caught up with Brampton progressive metal band The Fiction In Folklore after their show at All-Stars. The band talks about their  new single, their upcoming first full length EP and why there music is forever evolving.


The Fiction In Folklore was conceived in Brampton Ontario in the fall of 2007. After several line up changes, dozens of shows, and a bunch of demo's: the band is ready for a new beginning, as they prepare to release there debut album "Desolation". In June 2013 the band unveiled the first single off of "Desolation", an epic tune titled "Capable of Hate".

The Rucksack Willies

The Rucksack Willies are a bluegrass band from Toronto, Ontario. The band recorded their first song, Moonshine, around Christmas 2008. During this time, they became “violently ill”, which I didn’t further delve into but I’m sure it kick started the closeness they share. Since then Angie has been writing songs for The Rucksack Willies, but not without the help of her band mates.
